Mr. Arvind Gupta, aged 58 years, is the Promoter and Managing Director of our Company.
He has a vast experience of more than 16 years of experience in the industry of manufacturing lift, elevators and its spares and accessories and in the industry of manufacturing vehicle parking space. In his previous stint, he had worked in construction industry. He is also associated with as director in M/s. L. T. Elevator Limited for more than 16 years handling Production, Operation and Marketing division. He joined our Company as Director since its incorporation.
He oversees the operations of the Company's marketing, quality control, and purchases, production, compliance departments etc. By taking part in the business operation, he expanded the Company's client base. He is responsible for the entire administration of the Company and brings about innovation through creation of new capacities, development of products, exploring and evaluating ways of penetrating existing markets and developing new markets in India including many government projects. He is result oriented, focused, hardworking person and provides strategic advice and guidance to the members of the Board of Directors, to keep them aware of developments to ensure that appropriate policies are developed.
Mrs. Usha Gupta, aged 55 years, is the Promoter, Whole Time Director of our Company. She has completed her graduation from Shri Shikshayatan College, Kolkata under University of Calcutta in the year 1988.
She has of experience of more than 15 years in the industry of manufacturing lift, elevators and its spares and accessories and 4 years in the industry of manufacturing vehicle parking space. Additionally, she is associated with M/s. L. T. Elevator Limited for more than 16 years handling Marketing and Production division. She joined our Company as Director since its incorporation.
She oversees the operations of the Company's marketing, quality control, and purchases, production, compliance departments etc. By taking part in the business operation, she expanded the Company's client base. She also manages the whole administration of the Company and deals with clients, production, sales and marketing.
She gives directions to our company and is responsible for planning and executing the expansions and diversification of our Company. She is result oriented, focused, hardworking person and provides strategic advice and guidance to the members of the Board of Directors, to keep them aware of developments to ensure that appropriate policies are developed.
Mr. Yash Gupta, aged 34 years, is the Promoter and Director of our Company. He has completed his Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering. Further, he completed his 2-Year Post Graduate Programme in Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in March 22, 2014.
He has over 10 years of experience in the industry of vehicle parking space and lift, elevators and its spares and accessories. In his previous stint, he was associated with M/s. L. T. Elevator Limited for around 9 years handling Marketing division. He joined our Company as Director since 10th January 2024.
He oversees the operations of the Company's marketing, quality control, and purchases, production etc. By taking part in the business operation, he expanded the Company's client base. He realized the importance of quality of products to meet competition and mentored our Company for ISOs Certification.
He gives directions to our company and is responsible for planning and executing the expansions and diversification of our Company. He is result oriented, focused, hardworking person and provides strategic advice and guidance to the members of the Board of Directors, to keep them aware of developments to ensure that appropriate policies are developed.
Mr. Jayanta Basu,, aged nearly 70 years, is the Independent Director of our Company. He has completed his professional course of Chartered Accountant in November 1984. He completed his Diploma in Information Systems Audit in December 2006.
He has a vast experience of over 39 years in the field of his professional expertise. Currently in is engaged as auditor in his firm M/s Suchismita & Associates since April, 2021. In addition to this, he was associated as consultant, auditor and internal auditor in various industries.
He is appointed to provide professional guidance and share his experience. He gives directions to our company and is responsible for planning and professional guidance to the company.
Mr. Anoop Poonia,, aged 35 years, is the Independent Director of our Company. He has completed his graduation in the November 2010 in Bachelor of Technology in Communication and Computer Engineering from LNM Institute of Information Technology (Deemed University). Further, he completed his professional course of Master of Business Administration (International Business) in the March 2012 from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.
Currently engaged in Digicred Technologies Private Limited, a Start Up Company in the field of Information Technology since February, 2017.
He is appointed to provide professional guidance and share his experience. He gives directions to our company and is responsible for planning and professional guidance to the company.
Mr. Biplab Das, aged 49 years, is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of our Company. He has completed his graduation in year 2014 in Bachelor of Laws from Vidyasagar University. He has been promoted to the post of CFO on 06.05.2024. Mr. Biplab joined the company on 28.09.2010 as the accounts head. He helps in to establish and direct the organization’s financial goals and objectives, its budget, and the Financial Plan, his primary responsibility for ensuring that internal controls are in place, enforced, and reviewed periodically for conformance to accounting and financial standards and applicable regulations. He has an experience of more than 14 years.
